| 5. | This report seeks to update members and the public on the performance of the Council during Quarter 4. This includes information on what the Cabinet has achieved through its decision-making key performance data and consideration of the wider borough picture which impacts upon the Council’s work.More widely and following agreement of the Council’s new Corporate Plan in December the organisation’s approach to the monitoring of its performance against this plan is being revised.Accordingly the Council is currently rolling out a new online Performance ‘Dashboard’ to change the way we view performance and its relevance to our operations. |
