The report attached to this report (Appendix A) has been provided by the company and covers the period 1 April 2017 to 2 November 2017 and includes two key financial statements the Statement of Comprehensive Income and the Statement of Financial Position.Overall the Company has reported profits of £7302 for this period which is largely due to a significant reduction in its repairs and maintenance costs for its properties.The Company has also increased its portfolio by a further two properties and has entered into a contract for the construction of a 28 unit apartment block at Victoria Crescent. |
