To approve the Minutes of the Meeting of this Committee held on the 26^th February 2019

The report provides details on toilet provision in the Town Centre and how the introduction of the Community Toilet Scheme has improved the quality and quantity of provision to the public, as well as the amount of time during any one day where toilet facilities are available.

This report highlights a number of changes that have occurred to the authorities work towards safeguarding, including the programmed revision of our policy, updating changes to the County’s “front door” for access to children’s services and the completion of the biannual Section 11.
