To approve the Minutes of the Meeting of this Committee held on 16 July 2024.

Resolved:

That the Minutes of the Meeting of this Committee held on the 16^th July 2024 be approved and confirmed as a correct record.

Recommended:

That   (i)         that the sex establishment fees be approved.

(ii)        that the Hackney Carriage, Private Hire and Operator applications licence fees be approved.

(iii)        that the scrap metal site and collectors’ fees be approved.

(iv)       that the annual licensing summary, at Appendix D to the report, be received and noted.

Recommended:

That the Hackney Carriage fare scale for 2025/26 below be approved.

Resolved:

That the review of the current training requirements, and options with regard to refresher training, be noted and the requirement for refresher training for both Safeguarding and Disability Awareness every three years be supported.

Recommended:

That the current Taxi Licensing Policy 2024-2029 be amended to reflect requirements on refresher training.

Recommended:

That the proposed changes to the Constitution, as outlined in the report, be approved.
