| An informal local consultation was held on the siting of 3 busstops (with bus boarders and clearways) in Kirk View Imperial Way and Singleton Hill in order to serve the plannedextension of the ‘A’ Line bus service into Kirk View andImperial Way. A total of 6 objections 2 objections to each ofthe proposed bus stops were received during the consultation process.Due to the informal nature of the consultation and the need toavoid delay to the introduction of the bus service approvalwas sought and received from the Board for a Panelrepresenting the JTB to decide upon the objections receivedand report back to the next Board meeting.This report therefore details the outcome of the Panelmeeting and also recommends that the Board formally agreethe formulation of a Panel to decide on all objections receivedduring future small scale informal consultations as formalpolicy. | |
