That due to the timing of by-election, and abolition of Virtual Meetings, Full Council delegated to Solicitor to the Council and Monitoring Officer the following - (Minute No. 12/5/21 Refers)

That (i) the Council note the various scenarios depending on the outcome of the upcoming by-election, and authorise the Solicitor to the Council and Monitoring Officer to approve the relevant scenario according to the outcome of the by-election, in consultation with, and in accordance with, the wishes expressed by Group Leaders.

(iv) Committee membership be delegated to the Solicitor to the Council and Monitoring Officer, in consultation with Group Leaders, in
accordance with the wishes expressed by them.

Political Balance and Committee Membership for 2021/22, as per attached documents, be approved
