CMO Rentcharge Deed Amendment

 

 

The Rentcharge Deed has been updated and the new 2019 Edition replaces the previous version (“2017 Edition”) appended at schedule 31 of the s106 agreement dated 27 February 2017. The 2019 Edition incorporates text amendments to pick up a number of issues:
